Customer Service and Order Processing Duties & Responsibilities: Accurately process detailed orders received by fax, e-mail, and telephone while adhering to established company standards Resolve order errors and pricing discrepancies; work to prevent similar future errors Act in accordance with standard operating procedures and requirements Order related customer service tasks including, but not limited to; acknowledgements, clarifications, order status, inventory status, tracking information Daily preparation of end of day reports.
