Connecticut Medical Supply provides quality equipment and medical supplies, professional services, and insurance billing assistance We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing product information.
The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, be able to handle difficult customer situations with patience and professionalism, and have a strong understanding of customer service principles.
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for being the main contact with clients and referrals in person to assist and determine which equipment or supplies has been prescribed by a referring physician or which equipment or supplies best suits the client's needs in our retail setting.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
Maintain customer records and update customer information as needed.
Provide excellent customer service.
Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate personnel.
Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
Specific Responsibilities Include:
Take all necessary information for each new client.
Collect all necessary paperwork to properly bill insurance company Verify insurance Conduct training in proper use of equipment.
Willing to work Saturdays 9-1 on rotating schedule Physical Requirements:
Needs to be able to sit at desk for an extended amount of time Needs to be able to be on feet helping customers Job Requirements High School diploma Minimum 1 year experience in direct customer service Computer and small business machine skills Knowledge and understanding of office/phone etiquette Able to handle multi-tasks in fast-paced environment Maintaining organization regarding paperwork.
