We have a growing service department that has an immediate opening for a full time service advisor.
MOM's is a leader in the powersports industry with 13 locations in the New England area carrying fifteen OEM franchises between all locations! This candidate will advise and assist our customers with available service and parts options when the customer brings in their vehicle.
In doing so, the advisor will create a clear and concise repair order that a technician can easily interpret.
The advisor will also closely work with our technicians to problem solve and streamline the repair process.
In this position the advisor is also responsible for answering incoming service department phone calls in a polite manner.
We train our advisors to build trusting relationships with our customers and become the person the customer can always depend on! Job responsibilities/duties -Greet and welcome all customers upon arrival -Create a detailed repair order that presents to the technician what the customer is requesting -Advise and explain to the customer recommended services for their vehicle (Motorcycle/ATV/UTV) -Answer all the customers questions about service and provide honest recommendations -Schedule customer appointments -Work cooperatively with other advisors to provide the best possible customer experience -Contact customers with accurate estimates when additional on their vehicle is required -Answer incoming phone calls -Communicate with technicians to fulfill the customer's service requests -CLOSED SUNDAY AND MONDAY! GUARANTEED 2 DAYS OFF IN A ROW! Skills/Requirements -High school diploma/GED required -1-2 years of service advising experience preferred -Computer skills -Ability to multi-task -General knowledge and some mechanical knowledge of motorcycles -Passion for the industry is a plus -Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills -Excellent organizational and time management skills Benefits -Health/dental coverage available -401K -Paid vacation -Competitive pay plan- Hourly rate plus commission and bonus opportunity -Full time position without winter lay off which is common at other dealers Job Type:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
