Responsibilities Our Customer Service Team Members are responsible for:
Overseeing sale of gasoline and retail items - snacks, drinks, tobacco products, etc Keeping our store looking terrific and ready for our valued customers by assisting with product stocking, cleaning, etc.
Selling and tracking lottery draw and scratch tickets in accordance with company policies and applicable state laws.
Checking for valid ID for any attempted purchases of tobacco products.
Keeping inside and outside of property clear of garbage and mess (bathroom, floors, windows, exterior, gas pumps, shelves, counter, etc.
).
Communicating inventory and other store needs to the store manager in a timely manner.

Have excellent customer service skills, communication skills, and a happy, smiling attitude - this is essential to your success in this position.
Have prior experience with cash handling and counting (up to $3,000 per shift.
) Have a High School Diploma or General Education Degree, or equivalent Be available to work required shifts which may include weekends, evenings and holidays.
Be able to perform repeated bending, standing and reaching.
