Directs department activities to design new products, modify existing designs, and develop test procedures consistent with company goals and objectives Resolves problems using solutions that involve new techniques, technologies, or concepts Analyzes technology trends, staffing needs, and market demand to plan projects Investigates and determines probable cause of performance and production related problems Confers with management, production, and marketing staff to determine engineering feasibility, cost effectiveness, and customer demand for new and existing products Provides direction and example for interpretation and application of company policies and procedures to the engineering activities Coordinates new product testing Maintains a working knowledge of new technologies available from outside sources which may improve operations, and develops recommendations accordingly Maintains a working knowledge of safety policies and regulations to ensure duties of self and others are performed in a safe manner Generates Sales Prints, Bills of Material, and Material Specifications in response to customer needs Provides technical guidance of field service activities relating to company products Constructs, coordinates, and conducts product related research and development activities Participate in ASME code committees, as required PI227519348 Recommended Skills Field Service Management Leadership Oil And Gas Product Testing Research And Development Sales Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
