residents? We are hiring a dedicated, compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide resident-focused, quality care for elder Franciscan sisters in a small convent home (Our Lady of Angels Convent) in Enfield, CT.
Full-time, temporary nurse position (3-4 months approximately) working a hybrid schedule (days and afternoons, you would have a set schedule).

Responsibilities:
Our nurses (RNs and LPNs) are responsible and accountable for the direct care of elder Franciscan sisters.
The nurses manage multiple priorities and assist in overseeing Nurse Aides to ensure that the sisters are receiving the highest quality of care and support.
The nurses assist other nursing staff with a variety of resident care activities and related services necessary in caring for the personal needs and comfort of the resident.
Distributes medication, maintains narcotic records, and resident records, and performs charting duties.

Education and
Experience:
Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse in the state where the convent home is located.
Current license in good standing.
Graduate of an accredited nursing program Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience preferred.
Long-term care experience preferred.
