(The position is mostly weekdays, day shift, but does entail a Saturday daytime program twice a month and an occasional evening or holiday event); A current driver's license and safe driving record.

This person, in collaboration with the department director, shares leadership in the planning, coordination, and implementation of a wide and varied scope of age-appropriate and individualized leisure pursuits for the Home's residents.
Life enrichment programs are designed to meet core person-directed values of choice, dignity, respect, and purposeful living within a Christian atmosphere.
Physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs unique to each resident are identified and met within the spirit of the mission, vision and values of the Little Sisters of the Poor.
