What you will do:
Nurturing personal connections with advisors, their teams, and valued clients, building strong and lasting relationships.
Become the go-to contact for advisors, guiding them throughout their call journey, taking ownership from the very beginning to the successful resolution.
Expertly address inquiries about brokerage operations, advisory accounts, and direct business, covering a wide range of topics from assisting with new account setup to handling transactions and servicing needs.
Empower our advisors with top-notch support, leveraging our cutting-edge technologies to enhance their efficiency and success.
Efficiently utilize our advanced CRM tool to meticulously record and track service requests, ensuring prompt and accurate follow-up.

The salary range for this role is $50,000 - $52,000 plus a competitive performance-based bonus.
Compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific office location.
Compensation ranges may differ in differing locations due to cost of labor considerations.
