The Hub The Hub is a psychosocial clubhouse model program serving adults with serious mental illness.
The Hub's mission is to support people living with mental illness in their recovery journey.
The Hub provides a restorative environment for people whose lives have been severely disrupted due to their mental illness, and who need the support of others who are in recovery and who believe that mental illness is treatable.
The Hub adheres to the belief that every member has the potential to recover from the effects of mental illness in order to lead a personally satisfying life as an integrated member of society.

Rehabilitation Counselor Duties & Responsibilities Establish rapport and working relationship, utilizing person centered practices.
Working within team approach to address rehab needs in a work ordered environment.
Oversight and supportive assistance of consumer groups within the clubhouse setting.
Provides direct skill teaching, advocacy, and assistance in obtaining/maintaining benefits, housing, budgeting, legal services, medical services, education, employment referrals and activities of daily living.
Provides same service for family members and significant other if they are involved in primary client services.
Assisting in linking client with community support systems and agencies through referrals and client rehabilitation assessments.
Provides overall case coordination and management including coordination of all consumer team meetings and conferences, within the psychosocial clubhouse milieu.
Liaison with an individual's treatment team as well as external providers.
Maintains documentation in compliance with agency and program standards.
Participates in staff meetings, supervision, trainings and other meetings as assigned.
Additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in rehabilitation, occupational therapy or related field.
Experience:
2-years experience in rehabilitation, occupational therapy or related field.
Experience working with clients with psychiatric disabilities and their families.
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
Valid driver's license.

COMPENSATION :
$18.
27 minimum- $25.
37 maximum, dependent upon experience Actual rates are determined at the time of offer and are based off of relevant experience, as well as adherence to our internal equity policy.
