Auto repair shop service associate familiar with ALLDATA Manage.
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate / Cashier.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, handling cash transactions, and assisting with various sales and stock duties.

Responsibilities:
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately - Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their inquiries - Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions - Maintain a clean and organized checkout area - Stock shelves and merchandise displays as needed - Communicate effectively with customers and team members - Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner - Promote special sales or promotions to customers
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in ALLDATA MANAGE, cash handling or customer service is preferred but not required - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Basic math skills for accurate cash handling - Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus - Knowledge of AUTO REPAIR sales or technical sales is an advantage We offer competitive pay rates and provide training to help you succeed in this role.
