Sell products directly to terminating retirement plan participants. Influence participants to consolidate externally held retirement assets into rollover product at time of sale. Determine financial risk profile and investment objectives of participants through interrogative question and answer methodology. Assist participants in selecting investments according to their risk profile and investment objectives. Develop solutions for unique problems/opportunities required to complete of the roll-in sale. Manage participant relationship from lead handoff through close, increasing participant touch, satisfaction, and loyalty. Answer customer questions and concerns about retirement planning as necessary. Provide educational and marketing material for participants as necessary. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets The candidate will provide front line support for infrastructure and application servers and be responsible for server administrative support functions including:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
