Maintain relationships with key clients and must be proficient and knowledgeable in both technical and business processes given the judgment needed for problem resolution. Assign and monitor workflow and develop and maintain policies and procedures. The candidate will provide front line support for infrastructure and application servers and be responsible for server administrative support functions including:
