DAY PROGRAM STAFF JOB DESCRIPTION
Great opportunity available to join our growing, stable and highly regarded organization, obtaining human services experience while making a difference in the lives of others. We have a full time position in our expanding Day Program assisting persons with intellectual disabilities.
You'll work to encourage individuals to identify their strengths, develop and practice new skills, and actualize their hopes and dreams.
1st shift, Monday-Friday work schedule.
We all work as part of a team to provide support, supervision, skills training and community experiences for individuals with developmental disabilities.
We operate a program designed to promote learning and growth in a variety of domains that align with individual goals. Our program offers art, music, sensory area, an outdoor garden, computer lab, fitness program along with regular community based activities.
DAY PROGRAM STAFF JOB REQUIREMENTS
21 years of age
High school diploma
Clean driving record required Experience working with individuals with disabilities is highly desired.
SALARY
$12.75/hour.
