Responsibilities:
Responsible for architecting project solutions in alignment with the Retirement Services Reference Architecture (RSRA) , transitioning architectures to project designers, supporting project design and development, and ensuring that the project is implemented according to the architecture. Also, responsible for working with RS Technology Planner to maintain the RSRA and to ensure alignment of the RSRA with the Enterprise Reference Architecture (ERA). o Lead efforts during projects' planning phase to size project costs for the purposes of budget, resource planning, and cost/benefit analysis o Create project architectures in alignment with the RS Reference Architecture (RSRA), and obtain review and approval according to Enterprise Architecture protocols. o Supports the Project Manager in planning the project with appropriate agile thought process (iterative delivery, etc.) o Support Designers in the development of planning and definition level estimates and assumptions. o Mentor and support Designers and Developers in implementation of project architectures o Ensure all solutions are designed to perform efficiently, are scalable and re-usable. o Verify that project has been implemented according to architecture, and approve implementation o Assist project managers in developing mitigation strategies to address major project technical risks o Working with Technology Planner, maintain RSRA and RS Technology Plan o Working with Technology Planner, represent the LOB in the creation and maintenance of the enterprise reference architecture and technology portfolio standards. o Ensure that usage patterns defined by the enterprise architecture group meet LOB needs. o Responsible for: ? Maintain Project Architecture Document (PAD) which includes: Component Relationship Diagram (CRD), sequence diagrams, information flow, etc). ? Transition to project team ? Ongoing project architecture support ? Define usage patterns ? Liaison for Enterprise Architecture, Solutions Architecture ? Ensure alignment with ERA ? Define local architecture principles ? Provide input into local IT strategy ? Participate in enterprise groups to provide input on enterprise technology decisions

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
